Moka and Ura Moka are Sisters from birth but are basically the opposite of each other and because of that, they have a strong bond of friendship.
Ura Moka is more serious, impulsive, aggressive and careless, focusing mainly on offence during a battle. Moka on the other hand is more carefree, calm, cautious, prudent and peaceful. Being worried about both of their safety, Moka is like the consciousness of Ura Moka and during a fight she is often seen taking a defensive stance, compensating Ura Moka's careless attacks.

Souma no kou: Moka & Ura Moka's kekkei genkai gives them the unique ability to break their bodies down to a molecular level allowing them to merge with the bodies of others. The two sisters usually use this ability to share the same body but can also use it to merge with the bodies of others and destroy the host's cells from the inside.

Background Info.
History:
Like many other Souma No Kou users, it is unknown exactly where they were born but they grew up and were raised in Iwagakure by a man with a really loving Family. While little is known of Moka's and Ura Moka's adoptive father, he is presumably skilled enough to have been promoted to the rank of jōunin who trained both girls in the arts of ninjutsu, from a very young age. Their father immediately recognized their natural talent. After years of training they discovered their unique ability - Sōuma no Kōu and from then on they trained continuously to develop their proficiency in this unusual art.
It was not long until the girls discovered the fear their village had towards them. Shocked and utterly scared by the true persona of their village the twins fled Iwagakure. On the road they met an unknown man who pointed them in the direction of a great village. This village was Konohagakure and this is where the twins would live until the present time.
