i was thinking if we can have control over our social group like locking the threads, adding sticky threads, and delete posts or threads in there

There use to be this but it was removed because it interfered with us mods performing our duties such as if someone in charge of a social group broke a rule in one of the other threads and we went to infract him/her we were unable to do so because they have moderator powers and mods are incapable of infracting fellow mods

Geez, there's always gotta be something to kill a great idea xD
Is there a way you could differentiate the two ... like the overall mods could be super-mods and the group creators could be ... not-super-mods o_o
So the super-mods get to give infractions to the not-super-mods even though the not-super-mods have control over their group ^^

well what if you guys make it so that when we do have the power to control our forum your powers should be able to override or overpower in ease in other words just give us a little bit of control

why do you need to have more powers on your forum? You can already handle the members, accept them or kick them out and there is always a "report" button for ath going wrong.
and if you need ath done you ask one of the mods and he/she gets the job done, and you do that pretty often already.
and what reassures the admins that the leader of the forum will follow the rules?
also if this gets accepted next thing will be the senseis asking for powers in the training grounds etc etc etc.

well when the time comes and we actually need the mods to lock, delete or move our threads you mods dont be on when we need you to help us over half of the time and we need the power to control our little own forum because some of us are trying to be organize with the forum and set a rule for it. well you guys for mods so your power shouldnt even be closed to ours besides we dont even have any kind of power meaning you will always have the say in giving us infractions and banning us as you please

well i know you are working very hard for your group and it is one of the strongest here, but i think everything can wait until the mods are here.
this is not a matter of life and death, it's a group in a forum ^^
This is not a matter of who has more powers on nb, that's not what i mean, all i am saying is that i don't find this needed, cause everything can wait until a mod comes online and all of us are willing to help you organize anbu.
if powers start to get spread to group leaders, then other demands will follow, like the one i mentioned before with the senseis. ^^
But anyways, since it has to do with powers, only admins can decide.
i will let them know of your suggestion.

yes i agree to but with our members its too hard not to just wait a week or so before trying to reorganize so we try to ask most of the mods and hardly the admins but there's seem to not be enough mods to actually when we need it

First of all do not ask the admins to do things like that.
Forum and threads are moderated by mods, admins are very busy with actually running NB and uploading the manga and the anime every week, it's a full time job and that's why they are very very busy.
Now I am sorry, but i don't think you ever waited for so long.
Anbu is a group with many members so it's harder to organize it and that's why a certain mod here has been sticking and unsticking and deleting and moving threads all the time for the last week.
But moderators here have other things to do, we don't only sticky-unsticky ^^
And mods are here for other more important things than to only help organizing groups >.< you say "when we need it" and you mean Anbu, but Anbu is not the only group here, i am sorry, i think you are exaggerating here.

No, no need for thanks, anbu is the group with the most members here, we all understand that it is hard to moderate it and organize it in the way you want, no worries.
still this needs to be checked by an admin, no matter what members and mods say, only they can decide it ^^

ok thanks and correct me if im off topic but i have another suggestion that has something to do with the social groups
my other suggestions was if you can have sort of like a co-creator of a group so that they can help invite, remove members and approve and deny an invitation for those group who are moderated
