So heres the jutsu.

(Genjutsu: Kagirinai Seken Buruburu) Illusionary Arts: Unlimited World Shaking
Type: Offensive
Rank: A rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A
Description: The user will begin by making 2 handseals and then channel chakra into the opponent, mainly focussing on the inner ear. Once the genjutsu is in place the user will trigger the sensory inside the opponents inner ear causing him to believe the ground beneath his has started to shake. At first it is only a mild tremous enough to make one stumble, but this genjutsu works by, the more the opponent tries to stabilise himself the greater the shaking becomes. Inside the genjutsu as the opponent is trying to keep stable the ground will shake more violently with every attempt the opponent makes making it harder and harder to keep their balance causing them to keep stumbling all over the place essentially losing control of their body. Outside of the genjutsu the opponent will be stumbling around due to the affect the genjutsu has on the inner ear, except the symptoms are not as severe as inside the genjutsu. Inside the genjutsu the opponent will be unable to control their bodily movements making them stumble uncontrollably, while outside the genjutsu it would be a small stumble to the left and right making the opponents body unable to keep its center of gravity. The user is still able to see the world as it is and none of this other senses apart from his balance are affected.

Restrictions:
Can only be used twice per battle
Cannot be used twice in the same battle
Can only be taught by Delta

It primarily works the same way that many genjutsu do, firstly by interrupting the opponents chakra flow etc. The technique, once in place will effect the targets brain in a way that makes him/her feel as if the world is shaking around them, as if they had been caught in the center of an earthquake. The technique first assumes a soft version of its full potential, creating a mild tremor, sending the target slightly of balance. Just enough to leave them struggling for balance, then, the more they struggle, the more they attempt to stabilize themselves, the more intense the tremors become. Unable to keep their balance this gen prevents most if not all powerful techniques and plenty of weaker ones, making handseals difficult to weave.

I personally see this technique as a quick distraction rather than a powerful delaying genjutsu. This will be explained in my 'weaknesses' section.

Advantage:
Removes the ability to perform rapid or long sequences of handseals.
It primary effect is one that leaves an opponent very open to attacks from any angle.
It's effects are not entirely unnatural, there are natural things that could cause it's effects, leaving a long list of things one must rule out.

Weaknesses:
I personally feel that the jutsus primary weakness is it's primary effect. The tremor in the earth is precisely that, a tremor in the earth, one only needs to disconnect themselves from the ground in order to figure out the effects are mental and not physical. And considering how logical it is to want to get off of the ground when a possible earth technique is starting, this is something someone could easily set up in their post. (Although this time spent off the ground leaves them even more vulnerable, so it's a double edged sword escape route).

I'm unclear on what you mean by question three, could you elaborate?

Ignore the last question I was tired u_u

Also you forget one thing which I should have mentioned in our battle. The gen also stops a large majority of Jutsu that come from the hands or mouth. When you used that water technique the main issue would have been our inability to keep your head in one spot which would have likely resulted in the Jutsu failure as ts Jutsu create a puddle of water. It also restricts Jutsu like hurricane fist for example as punching at a precise angle is difficult. Aside from that all good any questions.

In all fairness, I spit out 'an oceans' worth of water, I don't think it matter if I don't get the exact spot I wanted, it's gonna lift me up xD

Must one introduce the gen at a low level? Or can I go full force at initiation?

Well, this is a question that comes down to reasonability. Yeh id say you can make it more then a mild tremour at the start, but going full scale earthquake? No, i dont want to see it used this way. It was designed to get an opponent into the air, so i dont see why it can't be used for a more "violent" shaking then the small tremours but nothing outside the realms of how it began. Id say maybe enough to cause severe stumbling instead of mild stumbling at the start, but nothing more.

Well the beginning phase of the technique remains the same (the water part), with the exception of yourself clearing up the differences between orb and crescent. The new part would be the addition of the lightning chakra allowing us to release a shot of lightning that pushes the water from behind, not mixing, just enhancing.

Also new is the correct spelling of expels in the latest version.

Description:

The user will spit out 30 earthen Mosquitoes from their mouth. The size of each mosquito is at the size of a normal mosquito. These mosquitoes Can either sustain as a single group or gets divided into two or three groups(10-15 per group) and stays in the air. The mosquitoes can reach upto Long range from the user in all directions i.e. they can reach long range heights from the user. The main characteristic of this mosquito is that, when these mosquitoes attack the opponent Instead of doing actual damage, they will pierce the opponents skin, turn into a watery mud material and enter the Epidermis layer of the Skin. On reaching the Layer, the watery mud will get hardened and the the weight of the watery mud will be increased ten fold. So, when a mass of 10-15 Mosquitoes attack a particular part of the skin of the opponent, the entire part(a leg or a hand or the head etc etc.) will suffer a large weight gain which makes the particular part unable to be used by the opponent. The user can also use this technique is another way. instead of turning into a water mud substance, the mosquito can turn into numerous small sized mosquito and enter the epidermis layer of the skin of the opponent. When the user makes a single hand seal, the tiny mosquitoes burst thereby creating slight cracks on the skin layer of the particular part on the opponents body .They will suffer damage because of the pain caused by the cracks and also renders that part to be useless in Taijutsu move of B rank and above for two turns. In order to affect a particular part like the leg or hand or head. at least 10 mosquitoes are required or else the technique will be rendered use less. In order to affect a large portion of the body like the entire upper body or the entire lower body all the 30 mosquitos are needed.

- The attack of the Mosquitoes is counted as a move and occupies a jutsu slot.
- No Doton techniques above S ranks for the next two turns.

Okay, forgot about this XD

So basically we make mosquitos of earth/mud, up to thirty of them. We release them rather unattractively from our mouth and send them toward out opponent in our or numerous groups aimed to bite into and eventually force their way inside our opponents bodies at which point they lose form and became a sticky substance inside the unlucky inhabitants body, causing them to lose their ability to move their bodies, effectively sticking them in place.

Only question I have currently would be whether we are able to cause them to change form outside the opponents body, or whether that is an effect reserved solely for the under skin layer.

xD Yes, as of now you gotta release them from the mouth but am submitting an update to release them from anywhere from the body or even from the ground within short range from the user. I will notify you once it gets approved.

Two things can be achieved by this method. one is increasing the weight in the particular part of the body which works the same way as you stated, the other one is the burst effect of the Mosquitoes which causes Cracks in the part of the body that is affected which makes that part not usable in taijutsu combat of B rank and above.
Only question I have currently would be whether we are able to cause them to change form outside the opponents body, or whether that is an effect reserved solely for the under skin.
That effect is reserved solely for the under skin, but the time lag between the mosquitoes injecting themselves into the opponents body and changing their form is virtually zero i.e. Once the opponent gets attack by the mosquitoes the almost instantly enter the epidermis layer of the skin and produce the desired effect.

If ya got no more technique then you have learnt it! Have fun using it! ^_^. Also the Mosquitoes stays in the battlefield for 4 turns. :)

Likewise, the user can summon several cows, up to 4, yet smaller. The user can use the cows to achieve flight, or simply smash them against the opponent with great blunt force.
*This jutsu can't turn opponent's active jutsus into cows, likewise, once inside the cows, the opponent can't control the materials*

Lowered the rank, removed the usage limit restriction, lowered it from 4 smaller cows to 3 (because Adachi thought 4 was a bad luck number) and added a nifty little alternative usage where you can simply make cow parts instead of whole cows, so you could make like shields that take the shape of a sort of oval hoof, or you could make spears the shape of cow horns, etc etc.

After performing the simple and quick Bird handseal, I activate the steel chakra stored all around my body and cause many steel needles to form from my skin. The needles extend seven centimetres in length and a thin, giving them a well streamlined shape making them good for flying through the air with pace. I then focus and launch the needles (roughly 50) out in all directions around me before manipulating them to form a kind of ring around me which continues to spin around my body, ready for use.

With the needles spinning I release my control once the momentum gathered is enough to launch them a good distance and at a dangerous enough pace. With the needles flying (in all directions, as they would) I perform two handseals and form a circle of lightning, mid-range in all directions with me as the centre point. Acting as a barrier in case the opponent tries to out-run the needles.

I then form a large amount of water in the sky above. Leaving him no place to run.
