Yes a character who there to simply buld up Naruto's character, and didn't really have a important role in the village or etc.. was a big character.. nice to know.

I guess people like Madara/Hashirama/Itachi and etc are HUGGEEE Characters then..since a mediocre character like Neji is a big character.
