Maybe a Mission Point for each D-rank
2 for C-ranks
5 for B-ranks
10 for A ranks
50 for S-ranks :/

And the top 5 will be posted every week or month....and they get a privilage.

Or Maybe tiny medals for each mission. :/

i already said i will give points for each successful mission and i will deduce them for every failed mission, when u reach a certain amount of points u will receive smthg...not a medal though ;p

I think that the ppl in the squad should make amove by turn. 1st move the leader, 2nd another char and so on till it's again the leader's turn.

i think that could be a problem when you run over the post limit to being a successful mission or not O^O

Well, its better than typing useless jutsus and challenging random people most of the time. Why not? We good like make a really cool mission during special events or something O_O

lol, like at christmas you get to fight the grinch. or on easter we could save jesus from the easter rabbit. or clear the emrald isle of snakes on st. patricks day

but for real... i think there should be some sort of exercise to test the groups to see if they work well together..... when squad 7 was officiall formed they had to retrieve the bells. and then agian when they were older and reformed. and when sai joined they had a team exercize to fight yamato. This might help ensure team dynamics and ensure that they can pull it off.... this could help weed out the people that just wanna coast by.

only 42 people have responded to this so far, we are maybe missing half. I wouldnt expect more than 100 people to be active in this... if that. There seem to be alot of imaginative people here, I don expect comming up with missions to be a problem

thats what I was thinking . What do you think about squad leaders needing to put thier squad through a test, or a trainning session to get evaluate/build thier teamwork skills before they go on a mission. or is that too much???
