1. He used chakra strings. Not his hands.

2. He had the assistance of Temari in cutting the straps.

3. The fire was only on the armor. Not the actual man.

I know that he absorbed Hashi's chakra through Preta path.

When you are uchiha+senju= six path techniques. It's just done different with ocular power.

In madara's case he needs to bit his arm for blood and use the outer path stakes to immobilize Hashi then touch him to absorb.

No. He did absorb Amaterasu and he has a absorbing technique that allows him to absorb other people's Chakura. What people don't seem to notice is that Madara absorbed some fodder's Kyūbi cloak in this scan;

Obviously, when you combine Uchiha and Senju DNA, more than just the eyes get altered.
