It's nothing like that! Amaterasu doesn't "COME"! Whatever the user looks at, catches fire! It's like I look at you, and you just start burning. Only person who has dodged it while being stationary is Raikage in his V2 mode. And he's the second fastest person in the NV right after Naruto in KM.

And that's not even the cusp of it, Sasuke now has Amaterasu implemented into his final Susanoo like a weapon, in 3 different forms! The strongest one of those forms is the Amaterasu arrow! Remember that arrow which was almost instantaneous? Well now it's covered in black flames......

It takes about a second before the flames start up yes, but like I said, his eye isn't the only way he uses it anymore.

And there is no counter to Amaterasu, except for a special substitution jutsu that belonged to Orochimaru. Or unless you want to start cutting off your own limbs like Ei did....

You are aware that in this point in time it is assumed that anyone who posseses susano'o also is capable of amaterasu correct? Meaning your argument goes two ways..

Attempting to discredit the databooks is never going to get you very far in a argument is my point. What Kishi writes is what it is until he says otherwise. Which he may very well do in the future. Otherwise you can literally discredit every statement in the databook if it so pleases you.

While Sasuke uses Amaterasu out of his left eye, and his second jutsu is the Enton: Kagutsuchi(also a Japanese deity). That page specifically applies to Itachi and no one else, or it's just another delusion trick.
