oh right.
madara said he won't hold back don't he? but yet..nothing happen.
Dude you may not mean to but you are trolling BIG TIME! The ORIGINAL argument was about naruto and A's speed. Now you are just going off on who is stronger A or Naruto. It's NARUTO! We all know this! That is not the issue here.

Also, A is not his father. No one stated that he was. He is the Fastest not the strongest. Yes Minato is probably faster, but again we are talking about NARUTO and A.

Madara shouldn't even be in this topic. We know Naruto is faster, but again it is not by much.

You might be right with thinking the raikage has a long duration of speed and minato having an even faster but brief burst; however, I think that minato has an equal if not superior reaction time. This is because a faster reaction time would be required to utilize the higher level of speed properly. This is seen when minato was able to dodge the raikage's attack and flicker behind him. If the raikage had a better reaction time he would have been able to follow through with his attack to wherever minato appeared. This also explains why naruto is unable to control his speed because his reaction time has yet to grow accustomed to the high speed.

It would be fan-frickin-tastic to see minato vs. itachi since itachi is known as having the keenest eyes of all uchiha
#1 speed vs. #1 perception

Ftg is teleportation. Not speed. As far as naruto I'm probably the only person on the base that doesn't think dodging a punch makes him faster then raikage. If raikage isn't using body flicker he is not going his fastest

Naruto is obviously faster than Raikage(s) in terms of conscious movements and reflexes.

Naruto took down the strongest Raikage in Sage mode too, where his ability to sense is greater but his mobility is reduced.

Yeah like the OP says... but they are not always moving at there top speed. Minato technically isn't fast he just teleports
Well teleporting is just moving through a compression in space/time. By bending the space he has to move across, his final velocity is equal to or greater than the speed of light, depending on how fast he himself wants to move.

Though how it doesnt rip him apart is a mystery to me.

So reaction time is not part of speed? And i thought, moving from location to location in a certain amount of time is what defines speed? Not HOW you get there... For some reason people like you think that fast meaning moving your legs.

So what defines speed? How fast you can move your legs or how fast you can get to your target location?

Both, but you should keep in mind this distinction.

The concept of speed is the same as velocity; it is constant and is expressed as distance over time.

The concept of acceleration is slightly different. It is not constant as it represents the increase or decrease in the velocity over time. let me give you an example: Imagine a trampoline with a heavy rock at its center. When you drop a ball from the edge of the trampoline, it'll move closer and closer to the heavy rock because of the bending in the surface. As it gets closer, it's speed increases since the angle becomes more and more steep.
