Now to explain what sasuke meant I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ the recent chapter...
When sasuke fired an Amaterasu arrow,Naruto had to increase the amount of chakra put into making RS to sasuke's,so they would combine.
Since ȋ̝̊̅̄†̥̥ was Naruto who first formed his jutsu,Sasuke had to determine the amount of chakra put into Rasenshuuriken,so he could know the amount of chakra to use that will enable ȋ̝̊̅̄†̥̥ combine with FS
Summary:-Sasuke has a very large chakra pool,but nowhere Near base Naruto
's
Naruto's chakra is more potent than sasuke's
Naruto has better chakra control than sasuke...

My point from that page i posted wasn't to show how much Sasuke's chakra is, but rather to show he has the same powerful Chakra as his ancestor...which is why he's really great at controlling chakra than Naruto is....

Naruto's chakra control is said to be greater then his father, he was able to power the entire alliance, something Kurama noted that only Naruto can do.

Sasuke's chakra control has never been touched on in the entire manga.

Sasuke had to use his sharingan to determine how much chakra was I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊ the FRS,so as to produce the required amount needed for the jutsu to mix...

Sasukes chakra control has been touched on many times, he developed Kirin and can use it one handed with ease. C said he could control Amaterasu better than itachi, a well established genius. Sasuke can make chidori into any size and shape before he got ms or much less ems. Naruto still can't do his best technique with out the help of kurama
