Also, his real body was easily thrown away by Sasuke at the start of the fight.

This is only 1 scan out of whole manga(can be just another contradiction)

However, 100% clones get neg diff throughout whole manga

you're taking it too literally. the clone and the real body while both are present have the same percentage of chakra. he means any clone in general doesnt have the required chakra. as long as his chakra is divided. You're giving the translator too much credit on this one. Online translations aren't black and white right nd wrong. more than once we've seen kishi's intent conveyed incorrectly.if this translation is in fact correct it spits in the face of a concept that kishi laid down multiple time in the manga.

Sasuke can only stomp naruto's clone except real body. Throwing him off the roof is obviously not one shorting him

That gas nothing to do with charka but more about the physical bodies composition. They aren't real so it's a given they can't sustain heavy damage. Not nearly as much as a real body.

Naruto's clones getting their asses handed to them was not because the clones had less charka it was because naruto sucked. When was the last time one of Mauro's clones got their address handed to then lol. Of it isn't more than 100 chapters ago something is wrong .

He was able to learn Rasenshuriken with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Obviously even with hundreds clones without asking Kurama's chakra or SM, he can do jutsu above basic Rasengan.

Now you're just making shit up. All those clones did not fight a war using only rasengan... And fighting on par with madaras rinbo shadows is nothing either. Not even canceling out that forest attack with those "basic" rasengan. Or drop the third raikage. Or the giant rasengan they used to subdue the kyubii. That all nothing above basic rasengan.

No not really. Naruto was easily tossed to ground by Neji even with alot of clones.
