said? it's obvious it's slower... blaze release is controlling already existing flames, and moving them , amaterasu is practically shooting out the fire from your eye so fast , it's almost instant

I don't think you understand how Amaterasu works. The flames do not travel they appear on eye sight. When Raikage dodged Amaterasu, he was moving faster than Sasuke can keep up with his eyes.

:sy: That was not blaze release. Sasuke was casting Amaterasu on the Raikage. However he went out of Sasukes line of sight and that is how the Samauri got hit instead of the Raikage.

Blaze release is when Sasuke blocked Gaaras sand or when Itachi set Sasukes wing on fire.

Sorry but I still say Itachi is the stronger one although it's not going to be mid difficulty. The smoke that iron sand kicks up on contact keeps good cover for Itachi's Susano'o (think of when Nagato got pierced). Itachi should be able to dodge all the iron sand attacks (seeing as how Sakura could) except for the last one, but that could be blocked and hacked at using the sword of totsuka.

You look AND focus at something

Fire appears on that thing

if that thing escapes your eye sight and focus, Amaterasu misses , YOU can try catching up to the person with your eye sight, amaterasu will follow and appear on them when you do , the end.

Without the ability to blitz aware, teleport, or just move insanely fast out of the casters eye sight, you aren't dodging amaterasu..
