misconception: itachi > sasori

alot of you will say itachi wins mainly because hes itachi he can beat alot of people that sasori cannot but i recently watch both thier fights and read the manga i seen nothing that can hurt sasori


Amaterasu - was blocked by garra easily and iron sand is like an upgrade to that

its thrived from shakaku which garra sand is so thats makes amaterasu useless and he can easily jump into different puppet bodies 100 at that

tsukiyomi - must i need to post a link his a puppet his mindless genjutsu wont work on him

susanoo - the iron sand blocks can easily get behind it in hit the back that sword wont cut thru it in the iron sand prison can trap it so no movement

and when he traped it will be over

sasori 1st puppet - i cant see itachi getting thru that without amaterasu or susanoo which will take a big tole on him edere way and one touch with that poison you will be dead and also he can controll a 100 puppets at once but nowing sasori he will use 100 with that 3rd kazekage puppet he cant kill all them he sasori can jump from body to body unless he can do a 100 amaterasus and that sword will not get him if it does it will just be a puppet body

Damn Sasori is my 2nd Favorite character but this is real hard to say itachi is one slippery one and i was telling people of how underrated Sasori was like come on one cut from his iron sand or ninja tools in a couple of seconds to mins it starts destroying your cells were you can't mold chakra anymore.

I stated that iron sand is a good defense against Amaterasu
and genjustu wouldn't really work because he stated himself that his body feels no pain.
His Stamina is a 5 because he doesn't get tired plus his body is made of some strong material sakura hit the shit out of him and the body just connected right back together.

Sasori underrated serouisly but i think he'd fare well against Itachi but sadly he'd lose U_U

I explained in an other thread, Sharingan users will imediatelly detect Sasori's heart with chakra flows.If Sasori use his transfert jutsu to escape amaterasu his soul will go to an other puppet but his heart too so his heart moving would be a perfect target for an other amaterasu.

I agree that if he uses sand from the beginning he can guard against amaterasu, bacause itachi cant use amaterasu to erase so much.
But in totsuka part i must say our opinions differs. It's very special sword and I dont believe sasori can block it. I think its very big possibility that totsuka sword finnish this fight. Of course theres also possibility that sasori can dodge it but diffucult to say.

That was blaze release which is slower than amaterasu..

And even that was only blocked due to gaara's instant defence mother protection haxx

Sasori doesn't have that.. He has to manually control the puppet, to use iron sand and make a wall..

All + his reaction time.. and this is assuming he even knows about amaterasu...

If Itachi used Susanoo, then all he would need it 1 hit... remember the Sword of Totsuka

I don't even like Itach much and prefer Sasori to most character but Itachi is just a bit too much.:shrug:

This isn't difficult. Itachi wins.
Amaterasu counters everything SAsori has, Iron sand can't block it as it isn't an automatic defense like Gaara's Absolute Defense plus by small Amaterasu and the Fireball Technique together he can create very large amount of Amaterasu with little chakra usage.
