Misconception about EMS Sasuke

I see people recently saying that EMS granted Sasuke Itachi's power or something along the lines of that. Sasuke said he felt Itachis power flow within him, but all it really did was stop him from going blind.

During the war arc Sasuke mostly held back and hostly demonstrated his enton abilities/PS and a v4 susanoo against zetsus.

If Sasuke really had Itachis power he would be able to do all things Itachi could do, but that obviously wasn't the case.

He didn't use tsyukomi or arguably on the Tsukyomi level Itachi used it at nor did he wield Totuska and Yata which were still attached to Itachis Susanoo even after he died.

There is actually no evidence in the manga Sasuke actually received any of Itachis power after or before gaining EMS. Kishi must have nerfed the idea of Sasuke gaining Itachis power.

Actually all it did was stop blindess. Hardly a free powerup considering MS can be considered a cursed power you can't actually utilize.

How is all it does is stop blindness if it grants the user Perfect Susanoo? Its a power up and no he doesn't have Tsukuyomi or any of Itachi skills besides summoning birds and the standard Uchiha Grand Fire Ball.

I believe PS is accessible from even MS. Indra was able to access it and Sasuke was about to utilize a v4 Susanoo with MS, which is 1step away from PS.

Totuska and Yata were powers equipped with his Susanoo. They showed no signs of tangible form and were exclusive to Itachi just like all the powers Sasuke didn't receive. Sasuke was still getting use to his Susanoo so he never showed legged Susanoo in MS because he just unlocked it.

EMS does indeed grant both of the previous owners of eyes' power, but not in the sense of MS techs (Databook said that Sauce's EMS surpassed Itachi's ocular prowess), and we have Sasuke saying he feels Itachi's power flowing through him. It's probably because the eyes host the chakra used to awaken Sharingan produced by the brain of the previous user, which fuses with the chakra of the new owner or something like that. Also why are transplanted eyes always active? Because they house the chakra of the Uchiha that owned them.

That's how i view it.
