Misconception about EMS Sasuke

Indra was Otsutsuki so he had MS and PS. Obito already had S06P chakra(like Indra) , so when his both eyes were with Kakashi , Kakashi could form a PS.

Remaining everyone, Madara, Izuna, Itachi , Shisui and Sasuke did not have PS till EMS stage. so we have no evidence to believe that PS can be obtained w/o S06P chakra at MS stage (which Indra also had from being his son)

Why do people beleive this? Lmao. EMS is basically the combination of the chakra and power of both MS users. That's why they can reach a new level of Susanoo. Because of new power. It has nothing to do with time. Sasuke had EMS for less than a day and he awakened PS. Madara, Izuna, Shisui, Itachi all had it longer than that, yet never got PS, and Madara only got it with EMS.

Don't mention Kakashi considering he needed a power above his own to reach PS, just how EMS users do.
