LAST WEEK I REINSTALLED WINDOWS N FROM THAT ITS NOT SHOWING MY FULL DISK SPACE......!!!
I HAVE 80 GIGABYTES HARD DISK BUT MY PC IS SHOWING ONLY 30 GIGABYTES..........!!!!
I TRIED THE ALL I CAN...BUT NOT SUCCEED.......!!!!
ALMOST ALL OF MY DATA IS GONE........!!!!

Hmm.. something like this happened with my last computer, I had 160 GB HDD, and I sent the computer to be repaired, when I got it back, only 80GB..
You prolly installed the Windows over the old one, thus, you only got 30GB, I don't think it can be fixed :|

Hmm.. something like this happened with my last computer, I had 160 GB HDD, and I sent the computer to be repaired, when I got it back, only 80GB..

but if you do reformat the disk then reinstall windows that might solve it but you will lose EVERYTHING

get EASEUS partition master

after installing it edit your Disk drive to make it 80gb instead of 30

or

create new Disk of 50 gb

I ran into this problem while working on a customers computer. As stated by others you basiclly installed one OS on top of another. However I found that when this was down the computer retained the user files from the previous OS. I don't know if it's the same, for your case. But you may just need to delete the old user folders which can be found when you open up your c drive.

its impossible to have a problem in the HDD after formating it.
you have to do one of the following:

1- maybe you have problem in the windows which you are installing.
(try installing with another windows if you have)

2- you HDD is fcked up (so buy another one)

the first option is effective try it...
