So which one are you? Lol
I'm the straight edge, never even watched porn before, don't wanna go blind.
So which one are you? Lol
The proven facts(which by the way, I have read most(from reliable sources, of course) and consulted my biology teacher) support my idea, not the one I'm atacking.
The way people smoke weed: As I said, it basically wastes all of "good" part that could be used. Can it be used for medicinal purposes? Yes. Does smoking it, then, benefits your health? NO.
Now, my post isn't restricted to weed only.
I've actually done my research, and have written a paper on LSD and it isn't an addictive substance, nor does it cause you to do the stupid horrible things that plenty of legal prescription drugs do. Alcohol, and prescription drugs that have far worse side effects than marijuana or LSD, along with a few other psychoactive hallucinogens like mushrooms, peyote, or LSZ, etc..
Here's an interesting statistic. Since marijuana has been legalized in Colorado the Denver crime rate has dropped. Property crime has dropped 14%, the homicide rate has dropped 66%, and robbery rate has dropped 7%. This was in 2013 as well, since then things have only gotten better.
Are you really trying to convince me that LSD doesn't harm one's health? You do realize I'm not talking about the mommentaneous side effects, right?
You do realize that those statistics are expected, at least in the first momment, due to reduction of drug dealing, right?
It would be the same in my country.
I never said anything about legalization. In fact, I'm not against it. Legalize everything. Just don't talk crap and deny facts, and lie to people.
True but I said That it tends to get clumped with other substances that are harmful due to lazy generalizations or just ignorance. Yeah I think the smoking aspect is definitely not healthy, inhaling combusted material in general is toxic. but the plant it self can be juiced and created into liquid form, vaporied, cooked.. etc. People that understand this support the legalization of the substance and defend it. They might not think to smoke it but they certainly don't condone it as a whole. I wanted to see if you included them in your statement of hating "drug" supporters. And you are right about free will, You can have your opinion, But I Had to find a way to rationally continue the argument you made. its the majority and a common consensus for people to have that kind of stand on drugs. I wanted to rationally argue against that consensus but to do that I had to change the premise a little bit. But now that we have cleared a couple things up, I see your rational basis. Just as we said before you stand against it, due to research that you have seen, and I the opposite.
Hey Wolfpuss there's an interesting documentary on Vice about a girl who had cancer Nd nothing was helping it. Chemo, and other medicine wouldn't help. Than the doctor suggested to the parents that they try using cannabis to help put the cancer into remission. Since that child's been using cannabis her cancer has gone into remission and her parents say she was even healthier now than she was before she even had cancer. It is known for a fact that THC the active ingredient in cannabis can stop tumor growth. Cancer patients, and parents with children who have cancer all over the world are now using can is to help combat cancer and they say it's one of the best things ever. The proven facts(which by the way, I have read most(from reliable sources, of course) and consulted my biology teacher) support my idea, not the one I'm atacking.

Years ago science claimed that marijuana did all kind of crazy sh!t to you that it really didn't. It was all government propaganda. Now the same science books that contain outdated information from studies from the 60's still haven't upgraded, because since marijuana is still illegal federally the government won't fund enough scientific studies about cannabis. There are still studies just very little.

LSD doesn't have lingering side effects. For starters it's not a drug that anybody would want to take everyday, and it can't get you high everyday. You can maybe take it 1-2 a month to get the desirable side effects otherwise you'd be wasting money. Like I've said I've actually done extensive research, you only know what you've heard by word of mouth. Tell me what the lasting side effects of LSD are.Are you really trying to convince me that LSD doesn't harm one's health? You do realize I'm not talking about the mommentaneous side effects, right?

And did the doctor suggest that she smoked it, or is she using it in a different way?
I'm not going to type again everything I did with Invincible. If you're interested in my reply, just read my discussion with him.

I used to have asthma, but then I started smoking marijuana. My mile run went from 12:00 to 6:38 sec. Due to the way you smoke marijuana it can combat asthma you take large hits that stretch your lungs and it expands them, and it's like a work out for them. 3 months into smoking marijuana everyday, 2-3 times a day I stopped having asthma attacks, that was 7 years ago and I no longer smoke and I no longer have asthma or attacks.

Well if your not willing to research it and your only going to make arguments based on what you've heard and not what you've researched than maybe you shouldn't argue with somebody who's pulling out studies, statistics, and somebody who's done enough research to write a 30 page paper on it.Time and place. Currently, time. I don't have time to make a proper research, not at 10:35 PM.
I'm gonna need way more than a personal "experience" to be convinced. As you must know, there are many not so reliable "personal experiences" that people tell.

The government use to claim you could overdose on marijuana, and said there were marijuana related deaths all the time in the 60's. Fast forward to today and we know for a fact that since the beginning of time not one person has ever over-dosed on marijuana. It's literally impossible. F you think text books aren't filled with falsities even today that's your ignorance. My father said when he was in school his textbooks tried to claim the earth was 6,000 years old. That was only 35-45 years ago.
Look at your signature; Now go look in the mirror. Ask yourself? Across the road or down the bridge?
But let's be less sarcastic.
Why don't classes accept books that are not current and up to date?
He means any drug can be. Any over the counter, any prescription, coffee, tea, red bull even. These are all mind altering substances. They all have the ability to change your mood.
