Minato's speed comes from FTG, very overrated

I cant believe you people are still having this conversation A is fast but minato is faster. To avoid A's attack you have to see it and move. Minato Moved and came back and attacked A and A couldnt even avoid the attack. Wake up people the arguments end here minato is faster and smarter.

That has nothing to do with speed, it's pretty obvious anyone can see A' is coming towards them.

Naruto is very quick now i would say in the top 5 after gaining the chakra from the kyubi and even though he was using up a lot of the chakra to get to the battlefield Bee couldnt catch up to him.

one thing that i noticed was when minato defeated madara he told his wife he can use the only seal a non jinchuriki can use the demon death seal that means that jinchurikis can use other seals so i am sure one of the seals he can use is minatos so if you include the kyubis chakra or toad sage mode to that he will be the fastest even faster than A or minato.

here u comes to my word....minato is a genius and is faster This, combined with Minato's immense natural speed and reflexes makes this jutsu extremely deadly and according to A the fastest ninja to ever live

Sage Mode- Doubtful he'll use this technique anymore.

So just to make things clear minato avoided A's full speed attack and then gave A a blow at the same time avoided Bees attack from behind without using ftg and cut him up.

A' is clearly faster. The fact that he needed to use FTG is testimony to Raikage's speed.
