This is great! I agree that his reflexes are on a level of their own. But you forgot to mention the one with Ay, he dodged his highest speed!

I already made a thread about that, but there are some people who don't want to understand

He don't have a Kekkei Genkai like Sharingan, so his talent comes on top of those who was born with one.
He created the Flying Raijen technique to aid him in his fighting style, and obtained its full potential. He didn't obtain that unless you had extremely good reflexes, since the technique is all about reflexes. That's all about it.

So you're saying that Kushina's reflexes were on par with Minato's since she was the one that taught him the technique? The techniques has nothing to do with reflex. It's just a teleportation jutsu. That's like saying Hanzo had fourth Hokage's reflexes because he could do a teleportation jutsu.

No it comes from realizing that one can become Hokage by spamming the same technique over and over again. I'm not saying that Minato doesn't have good reflexes just saying that his speed isn't on par with it. He's fast but his mind moves faster than his body in a sense hence why he NEEDS FTG.

Why removing FTG to begin with? It's a technique he created himself, not something that a Uchiha already has in his DNA whether he train or not. Sometimes i even ask myself what could they have done if they didn't had Sharingan? Anyway you're wrong. Sharingan is nothing to Minatos speed/reflexes. Sasuke couldn't even follow the Raikage who is slower in reaction than Minato. Sharingan can't follow something that appear and disappear instantly

Nope, Naruto can't be faster than Minato since Minato uses teleportation jutsu something that Naruto doesn't possess and nothing is faster than instant teleportation

To answer your earlier statement, Sasuke with MS couldn't react in time to avoid A's attacks at full speed, Minato could react mentally and use the FTG which means his reflexes are better then an uchiha's with MS, Who also had advanced taijutsu and swordsmanship training at that point.
I can't help but feel this thread came about because of the RP style in which minato is only as fast as my rank lol.

So to which would you constitute reflexes with? Last time I checked, great reflexes are possible with great body speed. So fast reflexes may only be achieved if one has great speed, or a rather more agreeable term, great agility. If you still do not agree with this statement, I would like for you to watch a documentary about the special ops and counter-terrorists and even just those who practice the art of Krav maga and REAL ninjutsu and how they manage to fend off a great number of enemies and how they manage to disarm about 2-3 armed persons in 5 seconds.

Of course Minato is indeed godly with FTG. That is his signature jutsu. He created it.

Saying those bolded letters in your response is like saying that Madara is nothing without Mangekyou Sharingan, Nagato is nothing without the Rinnegan, Kakashi and Obito is nothing without Kamui, and Naruto is nothing without Kurama.

To be fair, all of the signature feats of my examples are natural to them, and in Naruto's case, he lived with it, pertaining to Kurama. Madara and Obito has the sharingan, giving them a lot of potential, but if we think about it, it is in their blood, so there is naturally no basis of comparison if we compare them to others who do not have bloodline limits, and by your logic, we can say that their feats are in their blood, and they are nothing without it, so we should deal with it. In Kakashi's case, his sharingan was given to him, so by your logic, most of his feats came from a gift, and he is nothing without it, so we should deal with it. In Naruto's case, he got Kurama sealed inside him since he was an effing baby, and he is only godly because his father sealed it inside him, and by your logic again he is nothing without it, so we should deal with it.

In Minato's case, he has no bloodline limits. He created his jutsu from scratch. Unlike my other examples who has potential in their blood or is a jinchuuriki, Minato has nothing to start from, rather than creating and training jutsus which would make him godly, thus Flying Thunder God.
