Minatos reflexes are on a level on their own

Minato is easily my favorite Kage of All time.

His speed is debatably slightly slower than Bm Naruto's, but his reflexes makes him that much better.

That's why he's in my top ten.

Most of the feats you shown are due to him using FTG technique and not actually him dodging the blow. The raikage is a good example if you would have put it up, but killer bee also showed good reflexes by pointed his sword behind him when minato appeared.
