i'm not quite sure about the FTG because when Naruto is in Kyubi chakra mode he is pretty much fast...i just don't see the use of it...maybe it could be some of the Uzumaki sealing jutsu?

It is obvious that it is the other 1/2 of Kurama's Chakra.. How else will Naruto achieve Perfect Bijuu Mode.. Plus the other 1/2 was sealed inside of Minato so it is still there and he will release the seal when he gets to Naruto.
