you are right i dont care for many not-main characters and guess what everybody does so

you are right kishi never said who was strongest, but u can find hints in the manga

and speed is very important but minato didnt only have speed

and lastly i just cant imagine a fight with minato, i mean only a few eyes barelly keep up with his speed, like those who are VERY VERY talented in sharingan ..., that alone is a tremendous advantage (and for reference take kakashi vs itachi, kakashi alone is extremely fast and extremely powerful, but itachi could have killed him literally without breaking a sweat with speed only), and than there is the FTG (you could complain that that is an overused excuse for minato ''fangurls'' as you say) do you imagine on what scale that attack can be used? imagine fighting som1 who without FTG is too fast for your eye and on top of everything can just dissapear when you want to strike him down and later reapear behind you and strikes before you even notice it, and he is arguably the best sealing technique user and he has the rasengan (be though as it is overused it still IS a very powerful technique) and on top of it he can ''teleport'' you with him as well as your attacks

so no in my opinion taking on minato is impossible even for the 1st hokage

in my opinion strong space time can only be countered by even or greater space time

seriously who in your opinion would be able to contest with him except madara with his space time?

tell us who and most importantly WHY that someone would be able to beat minato

Tobirama Senju was said to be a master of a space time jutsu which would put him in league with the fourth that we know of. He also is a master of water and creator of edo tensi. There is also Shisui Uchiha which was a master of the body flicker jutsu and he had a great sharingan but I don't know if he would be at par with the fourth.

Guts and Smarts? I believe minato handed not only the 9 tails, but also madara in the same night. and he didn't just do it with speed. I realize the 9 tails had to be taken care of by using the reaper seal, but minato also had enough foresight to also seal a bit of himself and naruto's mother inside of him in the forseeable event that the seal would weaken or naruto would eventually take control of the beast. Minato did this because he knew in the future there would be a need for someone great to challenge the evil he had just encountered. all of this is a round about way of saying he was smart and had guts. And I believe he was called a genius without even having to mention all of this. a person doesn't become the youngest hokage in konoha's history by being weak in either mind, body, or spirit.

1. Madara isn't weak, he made it undetected past several anbu to get to minato.

2. Only the first could control the tailed beasts and madara.

Yes he most likely could of died to madara in his prime but we don't know much about either to say to much. Minato also imo wasn't in his prime though if he would of lived longer don't you think he could of learned how to become a sage and got much more jutsu.
