According to Narutopedia, it's supposed to be called something along the lines of Spiral Flash Ring Dance Howl, which I expect is a continuous barrage of Rasengan whilst using FTG and a Shadow Clone. Judging from what happened when Tobi took a Rasengan to the back, I'd say the outcome would be x10 more destructive.
