According to Narutopedia, it's supposed to be called something along the lines of Spiral Flash Ring Dance Howl, which I expect is a continuous barrage of Rasengan whilst using FTG and a Shadow Clone. Judging from what happened when Tobi took a Rasengan to the back, I'd say the outcome would be x10 more destructive.

Wel I dnt care abt the name but Minato is one of the fav cha of Kishi(I thought so) and it wil dfntly be a OP jutsu if someone like Minato thinks that it can solo Jubito then it wil be an awsome jutsu .....it wil probably above Jinton,Rasenshurike,Enton etc.....................
