Well that is the impression I got, why would they all change it? And if C did say his speed was comparable to the yellow flash, that would mean with the Raiton Shield active, his speed is faster than the yellow flash. So he was comparing their base speed.

This whole problem arises because it appears that Kishi counts Minato's teleportation as speed, when it isn't. I'll go ask the Naruto wiki translator later for the literal translation of that entire passage, because if I remember correctly, he actually compared Minato's base speed to A in his Raiton Armor.

As for why the changed it, I haven't a clue. I just know that that particular translation was SleepyFans (of OneManga.com), which was inaccurate.

He has no point....he's just very upset that there is no point to his arguement.....IF HE WOULD ONLY STOP SHOUTING AND LOOK TO UNDERSTANDING HOW THE F'KIN JUTSU WORKS.....Minato's secret is all in the seal....he can instantaneously move from point to point as long as he has seals....what would happen if let's say, those seals were altered?? The Seal on those kunais are the bases of his movements on top of the caliber of his original speed.....basically meaning...it's intuition of his movements....

Let's say you get in a fight with 2 guys....one after the other....you notice one has short arms..the other is longer, but both are the same speed.....the only way the shorter armed guy is gonna hit you is by a straight punch, or he'll have to compensate by some other means....rather the long armed guy won't have to sacrifice anything if he's as fast as his opponent...

Don't know if you got any of that or gotten confused...but Minato's success lies in his knowledge of when to move rather than think about moving and just doing it....

Where did you get the other translation from?
And in all of the translations I have seen, C has never once mentioned speed.

you all din't got the point, he is saying that if the sharingan can't keep with A, can't see his movements, how come Minato can see A's movements in order to react? does he have better eyes?

Basically he is asking how come Minato's eyes are better than the sharigan eyes which should be the best in following high speed movement.

Well tobi stated that minato lived up yo his base speed which was really fast, and one of his main tech is the ftg which teleports him from A to B in a nano sec. Bro it easy to figure out, Minato is faster than A (A was older than Minato by 6-10 years). Sasuke is was not as fast or faster than A so he could only see A but couldn't react and needed Sasunoo for protection. A already stated that Minato was faster than him and now that Minato was dead he is the fastest ninja alive (until Naruto proved different). If Im as fast or faster than you then I can react and dodge you, it's that simple.

I don't trust random people translating it, there is going to be different interpretations of what was said.
This is what the official Viz translation seems to say:

Shee: Lord Raikage's nerve transmissions and his reaction speed are on par with that of Konoha's yellow flash.....Impressive these folks are keeping up as well as they are. But Lord Raikage has manipulated raiton chakra to augment his reflexes! Not even the sharingan will be able to keep up with him.

So from this, it is clear that Raikage in base has the same reflexes and reaction speed as Minato in his base. But once Raikage activated the Lightning Shroud, his reflexes become greater than Minato's. Minato's base speed (or speed with Shunshin) wasn't mentioned so we don't actually know how fast it was in correlation to the Raikage's base/Raiton Armor/Shunshin speed, we just know it was 'fast'.
