Minato's Heritage

Who are Minato's parents? Don't you think its weird that Minato is the only person to bear the name Namikaze? There has been no other mention to his family other then Kushina and Naruto. Did he have siblings or was he an only child? Another important family left out is Tsunades parents, the son/daughter of Hashirama Senju. Child of the first hokage and parents of the fith, don't you think that is a little to important to leave out?

This could be the missing link making Naruto a senju.

I personally hope, that Minato isn't related with the former Hokages. Why? Because that would nullify Neji's theory of everything being decided by fate. Yes, Naruto would be the son of the 4th. But the 4th would no be the son of any of the Hokages. So the chain of Hokages with Hokage fathers would be broken. And true skill decided who would be Hokage.

Just a thought about Minato's parents. Don't know who they were but the hope they were no Hokages.

Why do only a couple of ninja have red hair, such as Kushina or Tayuya of the Sound Four? Maybe because it's Kishimoto's decision as to how characters appear and what they do in the manga. That question really has no answer. I suppose that's just how the manga turned out to be.

It doesn't matter if Neji believes it anymore or not. Naruto proved to him that his theory was wrong which it actually is. But we learned that Naruto is the son of the 4th Hokage so the theory has become true again. If we take Neji's words in consideration with the fact in mind that Naruto is the son of the 4th Hokage it actually was Neji's fate to lose to Naruto because why should the son of the Hokage lose against somebody, who indeed is somebody of a strong and famous clan of the Leaf Village, but still not the son of one of the greatest ninja there ever were?
But if Minato wasn't the son of any of the Hokages or their kids, Minato would be the proof that Neji's theory was wrong. That's what I mean.

If that was the case, Sandaime never would have made hokage, Tsunade's Senju parent(which ever one was Hashirama's kid) would have followed Tobirama... Even then, Asuma, son of the Third, was NOT the best ninja in the village, nor was he ever considered as a replacement for the third. And Konohamaru's Sarutobi parent(which ever is the thirds kid) wasnt either... Having a Hokage for a parent in NO way makes someone automatically better. Nobody was fated to win that fight. Naruto was determined to win, Neji thought it was a forgone conclusion that he would. Since neither were fighting to kill, it came down to who wanted it more... that was obviously Naruto.
