3. Beat Healthy MS Tobi with Kamui, and we know that Kamui of a worn out almost dead > Rikudou Madara

Taijutsu is beyond 5 U_U

1. Mastered Perfect SM, you need a 5 in stamina, chakra pool just to qualify for the training.

Sage mode is a technique that boosts his speed and strength . The databook includes only the base stats of a character. SM Minato can have 5 in strength, but base Minato has only like 3.5 or 4.

Raikages' do not have 2-3 in base forms either. They are fast to begin with. Gai can go faster with gates when his DB score is 5 in base.
