I'll just repeat myself, because again, people are getting ahead of themselves. :|
It wasn't Minato's soul that was sealed in Naruto, it was just a portion of his chakra.
Said chakra was already all used up during Pein's invasion, when he restored Naruto' seal. It's gone now.
Minato's soul is in the Shinigami's belly, ergo, he can't be Edo summoned into the impure world.
This has already been cleared up in the manga, by Kabuto and Tobi themselves.
