Minato has his Hokage cloak on, and underneath wears his standard Jonin flak jacket with Ninja Tools, and scrolls. In his Hokage cloak, strapped to his hip is a long katana, as well as a smaller Wakizashi, each already tagged with his special Fuuin tag. Minato was waiting for his predecessor, Tobirama. The one who had created the FTG, and the one who Minato was striving to surpass. Surely it won't be long until he arrives.

As Tobirama appears, Minato throws two FTG kunai in an arc aiming them at Tobirama, and infusing them with wind chakra. They travel through the air at a wickedly fast pace, and would aim to hit Tobirama in the head. As this happens, Minato draws another FTG kunai and holds it in his left hand appearing ready.

Noticing the fast approaching kunais, Tobirama takes out three kunai's of his own, all of which had an explosive tag attached to the end. Throwing it towards Minato's kunais, Tobirama performs a single hand seal at the time where the two kunai's would clash. The explosive tag would explode, creating a shockwave that causes the bunch of kunai's to disperse instead of continuing towards Tobirama.

From the way you worded it, you cause them to explode after the kunai clash...in this situation they don't clash.

As Minato notices Tobirama throw the explosive kunai, he waits until just before the moment of impact giving his kunai maximum distance before he suddenly materializes two hands of wind, one for each kunai, in order to push them slightly and out of the paths of the explosive kunai so that they never meet. The kunai continue to travel and would be at most 2 meters or so from you, as Minato suddenly makes a slashing motion with his FTG kunai and suddenly appearing as the Kunai are at an extremely close range from Tobirama before teleports to the one coming from your right mid slash. The kunai would cleave clean through Tobirama's head decapitating him instantly before he can possiblu react.

Description: The user will focus their fuuton chakra into the air at any location on the battlefield (within mid-range) to create an almost invisible hand of tangible air (slight greenish hue) fully equipped with nimble fingers. The creation of the hand(s) will generate slight sounds of moving air. Unlike most stealth techniques, this one's usage lies primarily in the art of pickpocketing and thievery. The light weight nature of the fingers allows them to retrieve items, delve into pockets, open ninja pouches and so on with only very slight disturbances. In certain weather conditions (e.g. rainy, snowy), it becomes even more difficult to detect these disturbances. In the same way, if concealed correctly the user can also plant items on their designated target through the use of this technique, however planting heavier items means they run a higher risk of getting caught. To plant items, the user must create the hand near the location of the item they intend to plant on the opponent and stealthily maneuver it towards the target, ideally with the use of some sort of cover (e.g. grass or vegetation). The greenish hue of the air (Similar to Danzo's Vacuum Blade) serves to make the hand of air easy to camouflage in grass, leaves and bushes, rendering it near-impossible to see for non-doijutsu users in such conditions. Alternatively, the user can create an additional hand to aid with slightly more complex tasks which require the use of two hands such as removing certain types of jewellery (necklaces) or tying/untying knots.

(Hiraishin no Jutsu) - Flying Thunder God Technique

Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique.
Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. It is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu and can only be used 4 times per battle

With his sensory activated, Tobirama has knowledge of the hands, or something that interferes with Minato's kunai's. To go through the trouble to save a simple kunai lead him to believe that it was most likely an FTG Kunai. Nonetheless, to avoid the kunai from nearing him, Tobirama claps his hands together, forming a tornado around him, with the spinning motion strong enough to deflect the kunai and push it off, meters to the side. Should Minato proceed with telephorting to the kunai, he would be sweeped by the tornado's spinning motion, disrupting his original plans. The tornado would cascade to a large wave, which would continue towards Minato at full strength.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.
