Sadly, no it is not my friend. Shunshin can be used with other people also. Seeing as Tobirama and Minato teleported Hiruzen and Hashirama via shunshin.

Shunshin itself is reffered to as Teleportation jutsu in the english subs/dub.

There is a difference between shunshin and Hirashin. Your failure to comprehend it doesn't make them the same. Though i admit it is confusing. Also, you do realize when he stated he couldn't teleport as many as Minato.. he was referring to the fact Minato's chakra was connected to everyone.. while his wasn't..

Let's not forget than in Bijuu Mode (Naruto and Minatos chakra avatar version) a shadow clone can still be made to go and attack Tobirama, than clone can also summon toads. Tobirama will have his hands full trying to deal with a Bijuu, Giant toads and shadow clone which can also use sage mode btw. Tobirama can counter with his own clones of course, but Minato can just match the amount of clones he makes, in addition to the toads, Bijuu etc. So it's a bit overwhelming for Tobirama tomdesl with alone.

So basically same results but Minato has a time limit on higher reserves..
