[Discussion] minato vs tobi

I watched again the episode which is about the fight between Minato & Tobi and ai realised Minato beat him so Minato was one of the amazing Hokage. I don;t know if the anime is 100 % following the manga because there in 248 naruto shippuden Tobi has the same voice and height and Kakashi & Gai are around 23 years old.What do you think?

Minato was fairly efficient in dealing with Tobi and the Kyuubi.
He managed to save his son and wife, protect the village by teleporting Kyuubi's Bijuu Bomb away, cut off Tobi's contract with the Kyuubi, forced Tobi to retreat after besting him in speed and severing his arm, subdued the Kyuubi with Gamabunta, and eventually managed to seal away the Nine-Tails.

He's definitely worthy of the title 'Hokage' to have dealt with the situation so effectively.

That said, I think current Tobi would win against Minato. He's much less overconfident now than he was when facing Minato.

I think Minato was beating him. He'd already figured out how to counter Obito's jutsu by that point, it was only a matter of time before he won the fight.
