- Tobi has no control of Kurama
- Minato is not protecting the Village and his Family
- Both are not injured
- Both has full chakra
* Bijūs will make it easy for Tobi to win.

Pros
Minato's Side:
Konoha's Yellow Flash
- He's fast and strong.
- He uses Rasengan without Clones (Developed The Rasengan).
- He can reach places using the FTG's Seals.
- He can use Space-Time Barrier
- Summoning Technique.
- Superior Intellect.
Then add the limitless combos he can do with the Flying Thunder God and his other Jutsus.
Tobi's Side:
Nobody
- He uses Space-Time Migration.
*He can use it to teleport to anyone.
*Intangible
- Mangekyō Sharingan (MS)
- Rinnegan
- Six Paths
- Superior Intellect.
Cons
Minato's Side:
- Since The Six Paths will certainly take some of his chakra and wound him, It would be harder to battle Tobi.
- Minato can be easily tracked by Tobi.
- Can be distracted by the Paths.
- Tobi's Intangible.
- Outnumbered.
- Rinnegan.
Tobi's Side:
- He had trouble trying to outsmart Minato's Tactics.
- Minato's Space-Time Barrier can absorb attacks and teleport it.
- The Seals for FTG can make Minato go to each Paths and Destroy them in a short period of time.
- Minato's Rasengan can be used to combo Tobi.
Notes:
- If Minato's Pros are too short, it's because he can chain those abilities to initiate a powerful strike.
- Even though I believe on Minato's Abilities, he has no chance of winning if the Bijūs were included, except if backups would come.
- Tobi is gonna be like Pain, though he has both Sharingan and Rinnegan.
- I was researching both Ninja's Bio and Jutsus while doing this.
