Kabuto has too many methods of defense, there's almost nothing Minato can actually do to him whilst speed isn't so much a problem for Yakushi, considering his healing, Hiding like a Mole, Elemental body, Manda II, Hozuki Hydrification etc. means that Minato can't achieve the quickscope instant takedown that his style revolves around- giving Kabuto time to use HIS arsenal which completely trumps Namikaze's.

I hope Manda is restricted by the way otherwise the snake solos.

Minato can use sage mode as well to sense Kabuto's attack and avoid them, he then can mark Kabuto when he gets the oppurtunity and Kabuto is done.

It takes too long for him to reach Sage Mode, so it's not going to be very useful in this match at all which is why he never uses it.

Maybe so, but people here are definitely underestimating Minato. When Itachi and Sasuke fought Kabuto they were holding back because they wanted him alive. I agree Kabuto's feats are still impressive. All I am saying that Minato definitely has a chance against Kabuto.

Minato is the superior fighter, but Kabuto's regeneration, skin shedding and water transformation skills could be a problem unless Minato manages to get rid of him directly after a hiraishin marking. However the Sage summons especially with their sound genjutsu should end up giving the victory to Minato here

Kabuto is bad match up for minato mainly due to his liquefying ability and regeneration... if kabuto needs to react to liquefy then minato could have bypassed that but with healing abilities, he becomes almost impossible to kill for minato... although if he summons sage toads, it might get interesting with their jutsus but nevertheless it's gonna be dragged out fight till minato exhausts his chakra or somehow manages to kill/seal kabuto..... But from what we have seen of minato, kabuto wins mostly....
BM minato roasts him though...

If he does reach him, he simply Oral Rebirths the instant before Minato hits him and immobilizes him with poison.

Well Minato can go to hiding while he prepares to go into sage mode with the two sage toads maa and paa just like Jiraiya did during his Pein fight. I am sure if he's able to get a perfect sage mode then he should be able to maintain it with the sage toad's help as long as he wants and use sage techniques like frog katas along with other support ninjutsus that maa and paa have. And don't forget their special sound genjutsu. I am certain even Kabuto won't escape that.
