Minato VS Orochimaru

His sealing jutsu and speed.
No, that's why he wanted him to annihilate Oro when he attacked konoha. Also, it's Hiruzen who choose Minato
instead of oro.
Oral rebirth was spammed 4-5 times (could of been used more but didnt need to) when he was sick at his limit near death. Use your imagination what Senju DNA can do to him healthy with both arms!...
Plus OR doesn't need to be spammed, he can heal and reconnect with out it no difficulty.

His speed might be countered by Orochimaru's paralysis jutsu, if Minato is in range, plus Orochimaru has Fujinjutsu too, FPS - Which seals the users chakra control so effectively, they can't even stand on water.
It was Anko not Hiruzen to have suggested that Minato would be the only one to at least TRY stopping Orochimaru.
And Hiruzen wanted Orochimaru to become a Hokage, he just couldn't do that because of what Oro had done.
Orochimaru, no debate. Why?
1. Nothing in Minato's arsenal of jutsu can KILL orochimaru.
2. Orochimaru was hiruzen's first choice pick for hokage...THEN jiraiya. THEN minato. That being said, this was Orochimaru back before he joined akatsuki and before he showcased his forbidden techniques. And yet, Hiruzen was positive he would be the best choice for hokage even though he knew of Minato's FTG. So put 2 and 2 together, Hiruzen indirectly says oro > minato.
3. Snakes always beat the toad...manda > gamabunta
4. Orochimaru's sealing jutsu can/will halt minato's flow of chakra, including the 9tails he still has inside of him. (i think he still has it anyway)
5. Leech all creation would make it impossible for Minato to land a critical blow with what little effective jutsu he has against oro. Throw in the Rebirth technique, and there's no way Orochimaru is dying.
That's only a few reasons.

- Oro couldn't counter itachi's speed and he was defeated by a Kunai, how is he going to counter Minato's?
- How is he going to catch Minato to seal him in the first place?
1- And Hiruzen agreed, and it was not about trying, please understand the context properly.
2- So? At the end of the day Minato was the one who became the Hokage. Also, that does not prove anything
in the first place. Kakashi was chosen to be the Hokage instead of Naruto even though Naruto is stronger than him.

So we can rationalize that he can do it about 10?
To be fair, his seal block was ONLY meant to effect 4th seal on Naruto:

To disturb the effect of the "Four Images Seal" the Yondaime Hokage performed on Naruto, Orochimaru sealed Naruto once more. Because the "Five Element Seal," an odd-numbered seal, was put on top of the even-numbered "Four Images Seal"**, the Kyuubi's chakra was prevented from returning to Naruto. From then on, Naruto's own chakra and that of the Kyuubi's became jumbled and Naruto lost the ability to skilfully control it.
1- The Paralyze is from the poison in oro's white snake's blood IIRC, so if he survived till then he might be able to do so. However, Minato's clones can use their FTG to change places.
2- FTG can teleport him from that, or clones to change the places. Not to mention if Minato touched him he's done for.

I think drawing scenarios won't get us anyway, you will make everything in Oro's favor and the
opposite here...etc. I believe the manga made it very cleat the Minato is stronger than Oro, and
since I don't like to debate for too long, I guess we will agree to disagree.
