Minato vs. Orochimaru

The 4th spot was between these to guys, both are strong shinobi and have amazing feats. So would win this fight, no draws???

I can't seem to come to a clear conclusion on who would actually win, with NO FAVORITISM!!!

-everything we've seen from each character is included
- location- where Oro fought the 3rd Hokage but its raining outside (idky)

He'd seal majority of Oro's jutsu without killing himself ofcourse....engage in taijutsu, placing his FTG seals on different parts of Oro's body.

The only gripe about this fight is Oro's uncanny ability to bring that damn sword out his mouth without warning....If Minato isn't careful...that'll probably bite the dust for him....

The tech's are only as strong and the usefulness of the user. Oro survived (barely) an unmastered Rasengan from Naruto....I"d like to see him get hit with a fully mastered one and survive.

Minato had plenty of sealing techniques that's the key factor to beating orochimaru we've seen this guy against taijutsu , ninjutsu and most of them dont work. If he try's to you Edo Tensei against minato that would work at all .

Yea i know he has more jutsu, but i can only judge what we've seen :/
And what minato has shown

His only really offensive jutsu was rasengan...
and tht won't even tickle oro.... the man got cut in half and reattached himself like it was nothing....

Part 1 kabuto without oro cells tanked a rasengan with his human body....
