In my unbiased opinion, minato. Minato was seen as the greatest hokage even praised by the third. Orochimaru sure has good feats but it's hard to believe that he could get passed minato's speed BOTH are Geniuses. Not to mention minato has rasengan is great at fuinjutsu easily seal orochimaru. I would put minato on itachi level are you kidding me. Orochimaru is honesty on jiraiyas level that's including sage mode people op orochimaru it's hilarious reanimation can be prevented douches

Minato lacks firepower big time to even come close in defeating Orochimaru.

Jiraiya has higher stats than Orochimaru in the databooks, despite Kishi having said the Sanin were all equal. This means Orochimari=Jiraiya. Sage Mode Jiraiya > Orochimaru. Simple logic.

Yes. The least popular opinion here in NB. But I'd see it happening. Minato lacks firepower big time, doesn't really have attacks with range and is pretty damn predictable if you have intel on his abilities.
