Plot wise it has ben stated that the so surpassed his father from the sage training

Feat wise,the Naruto demolishes Minato,i mean Giant rasengans and wind rasengans vs regular rasengans,sage mode vs base mode,clone spammage vs intellect


the only thing minato has more than naruto is hiraishin,but it won't be helping much due to the fact that naruto's speed has been drastically enhanced by the foxs chakra

In raw power department there's no contest

So naruto wins this
