Yeah, Nagato would just let be touched like genin that just finished academy. Nagato can clean battlefield from Minatos kunai-seals using Shinra Tensei. Getting close to him woud be very hard for Minato, let alone killing him. I think Nagato would wind this.

Anyway, this would be a tough one. There is no doubt about it that Negato is much stronger then Minato, and has a wider variety of Jutsu, Shinra, Chibaku, etc. but we have to acknowledge that Minato is a genius like no other, the smartest in the Narutoverse by far. What we do know about Minato is that he has frog summons, in which he could combine elemental attacks like Jiraiya taught Naruto, Rasengan, tons of sealing jutsu from the Uzamaki clan, and the Dangerous FTG.
That is the one thing that is so hard in determining this fight, is the lack of knowledge from Minato's full arsenal. We don't know about all the sealing jutsu, but we know there are powerful ones like Dead Demon Seal. I am completely at a loss on this one, but I don't think it will be a easy fight for neither of them, especially Minato, but since he is probably the smartest ninja in the whole series, I wouldn't count him completely out.
minato wins this. he can dodge almost any tech thrown by nagato and minato is smart and can figure out ppl's techs in like a sec, if he throws a kunai and is repelled all he has to do is throw one near nagato or close to him again and he instantly transports to that place and since there is a 5 sec timelimit even if he touches nagato is marked, and once he is marked nagato can be killed at any time time by the most common tool used in the ninja world and that is a kunai, yes rasengan won't work on him and minato would easily see it doesn't after he tries but would just stab the back of the head with a kunai like he almost did to bee, ninjutsu is not needed to kill the guy u can use the most basic weapons to still win. minato is one of the smartest guys on the show after he sees nagato's techs he can easily counter them with his speed and his ability to mark ppl and and instantly just teleport there is an amazing ability and would most likely get him the win.
who said naruto is faster, naruto just has pure speed he does not have the ability to mark ppl and instantly teleport there without noticing like minato can. it is actually a pretty big difference. And naruto was just caught off-guard ppl it is so obvious and naruto. even if nagato some how catches minato for a sec all he has to do is throw a kunai somewhere else and he instantly transports there, his speed and naruto's speed are not the same, in some cases naruto's pure speed is sometimes a disadvantage like in the situation he was in with nagato in the most recent chapter.

i couldn't have said it better my self i mean i too do believe nagato to be the strongest of the whole series but take minato's speed of thinking among s other things
and oh yea just take the lil match he had wit madara he freakin escaped a portal to another dimension he was basically already in it but got away and that tech is same as kakashi's he just dont have control of it like madara does

Sage mode IS NOT faster than Minato, Only Kyuubi Is.
And i dont hate Nagato its just that Minato would beat nagato, He would even beat Itachi my fav character.

yo i freakin love u to me i see him winin coz of his brain both are smart but so far i haven't seen any1 who is really smarter than minato and im not a hardcore fan or some shit hell im more of a fan of naruto than minato i just really sink in wat i read from the manga and reason i said i love u is u said he can win and his ur fav char bout 85 pct ppl in here they vote just coz they playin favorite
