He group up in the Rain Village, and Trained By Jiraiya who didn't know any sealing jutsu, Just because you are an uzumaki doesn't mean you're born knowing sealing jutsu, If Nagato Knew Useful sealing jutsu for battle don't you reckon he would've used it?
He could barely lay a rasengan on Madara, let alone a hand how would he use a seal, you have no idea what kind of seals he has, and even as a last resort he has Demon Death Reaper seal
If minato touchs nagato he will have his chakra drained.
Naruto defeated the paths, Also Nagato didn't want to kill him just capture him, Nagato could of easily killed naruto with Deva path when he was pinned downMinato because naruto could defeat nagato in sage mode and it was nothing comparable to Minato's speedy and awesome techniques....(Just opinion,no offence)

seems like u didnt read manga well..naruto's high speed had no effect on nagato ...no did his attacks...it was itachi who sealed him...u r really underestimating nagato...comparing him to other ordinary shinobi

then it's simple use Shinra Tensei or Produce a mechanical arm of Asura from his back & shoot homing missles at Minato
shinra tensei has 5 sec gap more than enough for minato, he can also blind all the summons only making it easier, and nagato can touch him if he captures him he can just teleport to another kunai. minato would also not be hit by a missile seeing how he is the fastest ninja ever plu add the fact he can blind the other summons and attack.then it's simple use Shinra Tensei or Produce a mechanical arm of Asura from his back & shoot homing missles at Minato
Rasengan > Preta Path
FTG followed by kunai attack > Shinra Tensei or Asura path
What else can Minato do ?
Edit : I forgot the dead reaper seal > Shinra Tensei or use Human path to absorb user's soul ( he's already touching Nagato & look how much Orochimaru resisted it )

nope Ct is not that fast one kunai near nagatao or one mark on him and he is dead and since minato is the fastest ninja in the show while nagato is one who lacks mobility it is very possible if you think Ct is faster than ftg i have nothing to say you. It took one panel for Nagato ( while not using 6 paths ) to throw the black Chibaku Tensei sphere into the sky & Naruto , killer bee & Itachi didn't have time to stop him before throwing this sphere , as like I said Nagato forms Chibaku Tensei fast ( one panel ) while not using 6 paths of Pain.
