He gets sensing and the obvious oomphh that coming from nature that's the only given.

As for obito having rikudo tech's hell no. Obito has all uchiha tech's not rikudo. And even if he did have rikudo tech's he can't use them since ms obito isn't in possession of the rinnegan.

What about Fukasaku and Shima, are they restricted? If not then this is just a stop really, not that he needs sage mode to beat Obito. He can do it in base, but sage minato with increased speed and reflexes would make quick work of Obito.

Despite the simplicity of the technique(frog jumps on shoulder...that's it) I won't give it to minato. It's diving to far into speculation for it to be fair. Let's for once minato's word for what it is. His limit is 2 min and it takes 5 to set up.
