Most likely this one goes to Madara. Although you should bare in mind that the only reason Madara is battling the 5 Kages right now is because he is an Edo Tensei. Otherwise he would be most like close to it's limit already.

Madara. Battle skilled experienced. Knows a vast knowledge of Space/Time Jutsu do to expericence with the Second Hokage. If he battle the First Hokage than he would have also encounter the Second Hokage, who was the original User of the Space/Time Jutsu. How do you think he knows about Edo Tensei.

In a fight to the death of course Madara would win
however Im think that the battle would be long and end with Minato running away...

I agree before we saw Madara at his fullest I think most people would have went with Minato and we also havent seen enough of each of these characters... I think this battle will either conclude with reaper death seal or minato running away

the thing is, in my personal opinion..in terms of jutsu's madara is in another league but minato just like itachi, sasuke, shikamaru and kakashi are very good analysts and that is what would give minato the upper hand though i still think that they can take eac other head on and there becoming a different victor at each different battle
