Minato vs madara(read first)

Well in their 1st fight,minato able 2 hit him with rasengen only once but 4 it he use ftg level 2. And i'm sure that madara is not so week that he minato can kill him in one shot.
But now, there r only minato and madara(with kyubi). Both of them want 2 kill each other but dont know abt each others powers.
Place:- where naruto beat 3rd raikagexd
Mind situation:- want 2 kill.

well du madara would win..he has the 9-tails...but idk if u mean that the 9tail's attention is on minato or what...if madara and the 9 tails are focused on minato then yea its game over for minato lol i dont think anyone can take a beating from a ninja and a tailed beast 0_o
