Lol, where does this "base speed" expression come from? Speed includes everything, body movements, reactions, etc. And the guy even in V2 the guy was couldn't react to Minato's speed and you want me to believe V1 is faster?

Lol do you notice that when Minato throw the kunais they are around Madara? What will Madara do when the kunais are around him? FTG is instant. He won't even have time to react. We're talking about a speed that even surpass Obito's intangibility capacity that not even someone as fast as Naruto could surpass. The time the kunais reaches Madara, Minato could instantly teleport next to him and put the marking, so fast that Madara won't even have time to react, just ask to Obito how it was

Sure his taijutsu is impressive, but it won't help because engaging Minato in taijutsu is suicidal. He only needs one marking on your body to end the fight and when Minato is faster than Madara, he would have difficulties to react

Minato has shown to be able to fight Sharingan users without looking at their eyes

Katon can't burn kunais. I don't know where this BS idea come from. Are you forgetting Itachi's or Sasuke's shuriken fire techniques? I don't remember that their kunais are burning when they use them? Furthermore, what is important is not the kunai, but the marking which is made of chakra. I hardly see what fire attacks will do here
