I know there's been a lot of stuff on Minato lately and I though of this. I think Kisame wins because he can absorb rasengan if he molds with Samaheda.

Kisame wins if he can get his water dome technique up fast. Or he could uses that giant water technique he used on gai making a ocean near the beginning of naruto shippuden.

Minato doesn't really have any jutsus that can be turned against him.
He is much faster than Kisame, and has better taijutsu, but the only problem is if he doesn't kill Kisame in one blow Kisame can heal so it would be like he is starting over.
If he does get a seal on him though it is pretty much over for Kisame.

even if he gets stuck he could just teleport to a kunai outside of the dome or try to swim away from the kunais in the middle so they'll drop out (remember he has itachi's intellect) he can also teleport sharks elsewhere xd

Minato , kisame gets too close samehada might like his chakra better lol . But all jokes aside minato kinds like Tobi , never really seen getting hit by any attack & incomplete character . We have to assume he has more techniques besides Rasengan (he created after becoming hokage ) and ftg . His tsukiyomi and intellect are way above average . He was fierce but he knew the fear his name bought to the battlefield , ninja only knew retreat or die . The third hokage & jman admired him and his rapid growth and knowledge of the ninja world . He was one of the only kage to step on to every scene and end the fight quickly

Most of you guys are just super haters. It is insane to see how many Minato and Itachi haters there are here, and 90% of them are ridiculous new people who have brought nothing to the forum but idiocy and have only been here since the summer at best.
This past summer was the summer of fanboys and haters I guess, not everyone, but most.
Anyway Minato was skilled enough to bring both Bee and A to a stalemate, and could have killed Bee had he not stopped. He is the best at sealing jutsu, has space-time jutsu, barriers, awesome toad summons, is an insanely fast character. He also is much more intelligent than Kisame.
EDIT: kid above me Minato does not have Tsukuyomi. That is a genjutsu that Itachi and Sasuke have that comes from the MS.

id say minato, kisame is more specialized and good against the abundant chakra spilling oponent. against minato the water bubble has little effect since he can just tele to different location, samehada wont eat the massive raw chakra like it did from bee so kisame himself wont be as strong.
