minato does close combat with bee, marks him, uses 5 elements seal, bee cant go into biju modes, Minato stomps

yeah cos bee will just stand there and not even think to go to cloaked or V2 despite knowing who his opponent is. a seal like that wont work because theres nothing to seal. minatos seals consist of putting half of a bijuu into a human, stopping summons and tearing out souls. none of which are of much use here besides reaper seal
