It does matter, he placed them off panel we do not know if he placed them after he teleported the Bijuu Dama nor do we know if he simply sent shadow clones to do it way before he appeared so yes it does matter because we don't hav a CLEAR timeframe. Again who says Ino or Cee are even good censors, there sensing isn't as good as Karin's let alone Naruto's sensing. The only decent sensor sensed Minato so you're point is moot and Minato is know as the fastest shinobi mainly because of his FTG.

If he placed the Kunai's after teleporting the Bomb away then that makes his feat 10x greater Lol. So it doesn't really make a difference, that just helps my case even more in showing off minatos kunai marking speed and distance. I even forgot about Madara

. He's a brilliant sensor, he sensed Hashirama while the Hokage were still in konoha, and he fought Naruto, Sai and sasuke with no eyes perfectly. Yet he didn't sense Minato at that point when the bomb was being charged. Here's a clear view of the battlefield

and I don't see any sign of Minato or his "clones" or Kunai's on sight. So it was definitely after the bomb was fired.

. Literally meaning he just arrived, doesn't get much clearer than that. If Minato got there earlier, he would have teleported the bomb the moment it was fired. Common sense tells us that he wasn't there yet. He would have never put the entire alliance in danger like this

if he had already arrived. Honestly, the "was i late" pretty much says it all, he just arrived.

Minato was known for speed mainly for FTG, yes but also for his shunshin:

The distance he travelled in that panel isn't as nearly as big as the distance he needs to place the Kunai.......

The stone faces are located right on the edge of the village. Kurama was pushed outside the village by Hiruzen. I can't estimate how many miles it was, but my point is, it only took Minato an instant to not only shunshin but to perform the hand signs for the summoning and reach kurama. So that feat is just to prove that Minato can reach such distances. If it took him a second to reach kurama from there, then imagine 2 second or 3 seconds. Doesn't make a difference.

Also him saving Kushina is impressive but, again he came in and saved her off panel we didn't see hwere Minato was at when he swooped in.

The off panel part isn't important. The important part is how far he took Kushina in that one moment. I'm just trying to show you that Minato does have distant shunshin feats.You can see how close Kurama's claw is from Kushiha here

. Notice how Minato is nowhere in sight, yet Minato still intercepted and sped his way out of there. And reached the top of that small cliff in no time. So yeah, more than impressive.

As for the last feat Minato was in BM, I think everyone agreed that BM Minato beats B.

Kcm actually, not bm (to be exact) and the feat he pulled against kurama that I showed before is a longer distance than this one. So Minato could have performed the same feat in base, so KCM makes no difference here.

My point is, there's no denying that Minato is more than capable of reaching great distances With his shunshin. It wouldn't be a problem against Bee.
