Minato easily wins this match up. Kakuza had a hard enough time against Kakashi and 3 chunnin while he had Hidan as back up. Kakashi didnt even resort to MS and had the burden of protecting Team Asuma... Minato literally wins in a few minutes..

Minato figured out the mechanics of Obitos Kamui with no intel in a couple of minutes while in the future most shinobi had no idea what what he was doing and what kind of technique he was using. Minato defeats Kakuzu with mid difficulty. I wont say low because Kakuzu did fight Hashirama at an assassination attempt on him and even though he failed to carry it out, he did in-fact survive the fight and that holds weight.
