Domu is a non factor. For Kakuzu to activate a full body Domu he needs to utilise his hand seal, an opportunity he wont be afforded due to the sheer difference in speed. Minato blitzes him with Rasengan before Domu gets activated.

Was this ever confirmed though? I think Databook stated that using Domu = immobility, yet manga showed that he could move his body parts covered with Domu. Knowing that, simple implication suggests that he should be able to do the same thing even with full-body Domu, even if with reduced speed/mobility.

No it didn't, that's you misinterpreting the manga. Even with partial Domu, he moves parts that are unaffected by Domu.

Potentially, but Minato can take advantage of his Shunshin speed by transferring that momentum to his Kunai, so he can warp to his position faster and bam-flash him. Even if Kakuzu responds with a partial Domu, Minato can simply strike another area before he can react. Even with Domu, it's still vulnerable to Shiki Fujin and Raiton, so Kakuzu is screwed regardless.

He actually has a point but he's both wrong and right. He's right in the sense that S rank shinobi can't usually one shot blitz another one of that caliber. Look at the Akatsuki speed ranks:

Itachi: 5 Sasori: 4.5 Orochimaru: 4.5 Deidara: 4.5 Kakuzu: 4 Kisame: 4 Hidan: 3.5

Itachi was kept up with by Sasuke and Kakashi (both with 4.5). Hidan kept up with Asuma and Kakashi (4.5). Kakuzu also kept up with Kakashi and Kisame kept up against Bee (will say he has 5). This goes to show none of them can one shot blitz the other. Key word, one-shot. If any of these guys blitzed the other with a kunai slash attack and only had that one attack to deal the killing blow right from the start of the fight they'd all fail because the other would react.

Now Zexion is wrong here because Minato is faster than any Akatsuki and has footspeed on par with the likes of Ay. If I could give those two scores they'd both have a 6 in speed and I think anyone who is at least 2 tiers above another (Kakuzu in this case) in speed will blitz them easily.

Minato needed FTG to blitz Rock Village fodder lol.....and every single other of his blitzes have been with FTG yeah he's fast as hell but against Kakuzu he's not giving him a kunai through the heart before the fight even starts lol at least not at a reasonable distance.
