I thought that this debate was settled. Those who think otherwise of Minato's victory are just too stubborn to concede. I first thought that he might lose, but reviewing the facts and calculating the end results, I think its clear that Minato wins. However, an unrestricted Kisame can solo.​

Because Itachi's genjutsu literally subdued a Legendary Sannin and his skill using it eclipses any other Uchihas to date, being capable of ensnaring people easily even with knowledge and can use genjutsu in a way that doesn't distort the environment, making it very difficult to discern.

I sincerely doubt that since Itachi revealing his intentions was the only reason Hachibi bailed Bee out of it. Samehada's not bailing out Kisame that quickly nor would he be decisive enough to bail Kisame out anyways.

Samehada's not as fast as Itachi is and Samehada's tendency to respond reactively is due to a huge flux of chakra. Samehada would fail to shield him as it did against Gai.

It subdued Orochimaru who was also subdued by Hebi Sasuke's genjutsu lol dude clearly doesn't have an affinity for such things. He never once effectively used it on anyone else besides Naruto.

Except Itachi did effectively subdue Bee and would've ensnared DSM Kabuto easily had he not obscured his vision.

Itachi is exceptionally dangerous in Genjutsu, possesses Tsukyomi that cannot be conquered under 99% circumstances, and was trained by the most eminent genjutsu user in his era (Shisui). Itachi only subduing Naruto on panel, therefore, Itachi's genjutsu is a joke is fallacious as it's an argument out of sheer ignorance. If you looked at the manga holistically by analyzing Itachi's feats that I presented as well as Chiyo's sentiment that a confrontation involving two or more people is required when battling an Uchiha, then you'd be able to grasp how dangerous Itachi's genjutsu is even against the most skilled ninja.
