Well he did manage to Kamui the gedo mazo's arm even though he was summoned which is the same thing as teleportation right? If so then he can easily get Minato's whole body..

That's a possibility, I won't deny it but Minato's speed[shunshin movement] is something that even MS can't follow so there's always the possibility of Minato escaping. And when that happens things go south for Kakashi. Both of them have chances so I'll say it once more, it could go either way U_U

That summon wasn't instant, the Gedo had to leave Obitos body before it went to madara. So that gave kakashi like a second of extra time. Minato is faster than that, he warps instantly.

Kamui GG isn't working because minato's warping the second he sees that shit touch his body. Without Kamui GG kakashi has nothing to stop minato. Kakashi's most likely a better jutsu analyst and ninjutsu expert(maybe?) but minato would beat him down in speed, chakra control, possibly equal him in taijutsu etc.
