Personally I feel that minato rapes, but that's just me.

Minato wins.

He's already able to FTG out of kamui despite kamui being activated first and him having no knowledge on the technique. So kamui is not hitting him unless kakashi can predict exactly which kunai he is going to warp to. In the last chapter, gedo mazou able to dodge kamui to some extent considering the technique hit his arm instead of hitting his head.

so it's definitely not kamui GG. Minato still wins this as he can use his S/T way more than kakashi can use his, he has superior base speed, and his rasengan > kakashi's raikiri. And now we know that minato can even use kage bunshins who can in turn also teleport and place tags. Kakashi ends up getting a rasengan or kunai to his back.

True, but that's only if Minato delays his teleportation like he did against Obito. If he does it instantly then he won't lose any body parts.

When the Gedo was summoned by Madara, it wasn't instant, it still took an extra second to leave Obito's body which gave Kakashi the opening to take just its arm off. Minato doesn't have that problem, he teleports in the blink of an eye, Kakashi's Kamui is fast but not FTG fast.

To be honest, I think Kakashi has a chance because he knows Minato's abilities better than anyone. If it was the same scenario as Minato vs Tobi, and Minato throws the kunai towards Kakashi instead, Kakashi easily warps it away. Since Kakashi knows he warps to those kunai's he just needs to keep his distance and warp every Kunai thrown at him, or deflect them with his own Lightning Kunai.

Problem is, what happens if Mianto scatters all his Kunai around the battle field? He can't Kamui all of them.

not to talking about that kakashi warped something as size as gedo's whole arm before the summon ,but when it comes to minato ,kakashi will need just to warp his neck,minato can't avoid that

kakashi was able to warp something as size as gedo's whole arm before the summon,but when it comes to minato he will need just to warp his neck(there are no compare in the size),minato can't avoid that
